can anyone tell me what this thing is?

Hi guys, just caught this guy crawling on my glass of my bc29. spread out he could probably go across my middle finger nail.
good/bad?
what should I do?

Looks like a mini brittle star. They're good. My tank is full of them.

Good! There's prob a bunch of them in your tank. Consider them part of your cleanup crew

I find these guys the most at night with the lights out, take a flash light and you can see a bunch of arms sticking out of the live rock.
They'll hand out in the smallest crevices and help out with clean up.
