Can someone tell me if this is hair algae or bryprosis ? ( not sure about spelling)

I’m not sure if this is hair algae or bryprosis algae . I’ve tried so many things on it all my readings are fine but this stuff is waving all over my tank then I tried Chen clean and the red algae started coming out is that a good thing or bad thing?

Does the red algae blow off in clumps when you try to blow it off?

The green stuff is likely hair algae. If it is more “fern like” it could be bryopsis. I believe bryopsis tends to be darker and more bushy than that. It could also be green turf algae. Hard to tell by the pics.
