Can you clean and re-use a felt Filter Sock?

Can you clean and re-use a felt Filter Sock?
If so, what is the best way to clean them?

I clean mine with a garden hose(turn it inside out) then soak in a 5 gallon bucket of hot water and about 1/2 cup of bleach.
Then I soak it later in fresh ro/di water for a day and let dry.

I've heard that some people that have a lots of them use the washing machine

i turn them inside out and throw them in the washing on hot wash

throw em in the washing machine, small amount of bleach, in one cycle and just water in the next and let air dry

I switch out my socks every 2 days, I clean in washing machine with Oxy clean and a 2 rinse cycle.

I don't use soap or bleach, just wash in the washing machine. I rotate 2 of them and usually keep them 9-12 months before I toss them.
