Cleaner shrimp lost antenna

My cleaner shrimp has no antenna's left..I have a Eunice worm in my tank that I am trying to trap..I believe he tried to eat my shrimp..can my shrimp live like this?
I am trying to trap him with a poland spring bottle on its side with a cube of food inside...I have the opening of the bottle right up to his cave.....do you think this will work? If this does not how can I get this awful worm out?

I had a cleaner shrimp loose one of the antennas and it was alright, not sure how two will affect it. Next time the shrimp molts it will have antennas again.

Thanks..I hope he lives he seems to be freaked out, he has himself wedged between the rocks..
any idea on the eunice worm?

No clue about the eunice worm, maybe try searching google for help with that. He might have to have himself wedged in the rocks because he is unstable or has a hard time knowing where he is, like a cats wiskers.
