CPR bakpak mod question

what type of pump do you suggest putting on this skimmer? i heard of a needle wheel but im not sure what one?

I bought the needle wheel from CRA to replace the maxi jet on my Bak Pak 2 and the performance seems like night and day with regard to the amount of bubbles in the skimmer's chamber and the efficiency.
