Critters ID Help please

My friends reef tank have this critters and don't know good or bad.

Can someone help ID this critters please?

If bad, what method could be uses to kill them?

Search for bristleworm traps
But a water bottle with a hole big enough for them to crawl through on the cap and place a weight and some food in it. Drop it in at night and wake up to bristleworm party lol

It's a sign of a healthy tank. They will consume uneaten food that would otherwise decompose in your tank. I wouldn't mess with them. You will do more harm then good.

Don’t kill them! There is a reason they exist in nature and their lifestyle benefits your tank
