Cyano or dino? Please help!

Hey fellow reefers! I have had an outbreak of this crud and it has gotten worse over the last few days. I did a 50% water change last weekend and it is all right back in its fury. I am starting to think I have dinos. Can you help me confirm so I can figure out how to treat it? Thank you so much in advance!

It looks like you have some hair algae and some cyano. If you right click the pic and open in a new window it works.
