Thanks everyone! Acans have been really puffy the past week. My rainbow acan on the right hasn’t been happy lately but the past week, it has been coming out more

Day time spectrum. This is where my peak par is. Everyone’s happy today. ALK consumption is starting to go up. Noticed a dip in my ALK this morning. Will continue to monitor readings to see if downward trend continues and will adjust dosing to maintain ALK.
