Diatom algae

Seems like I'm getting a second round of diatom bloom, just wondering if it do to the water top offs I've been doing, which seems to be alot.

how old is the tank ? feeding ? other params . volume lighting , flow etc

are u using ro water for top off or tap water from faucet?

The tank has been running, fo r about a little over 2 months, increased my light time from 5pm-10pm to 11am-10pm. I am using ro water from Jay's, not tap water. Feeding has been daily.

How many fish and how much are you feeding? Why size tank?

I have a 120gl, 1 medium size tang 2 small yellow tail damsels, 2 oscellaris clowns, 7 shrimp, and some crabs that eat the algae, I fees them daily, spurilina and some marine pellets with garlic, they seem to not get enough of.

well only 2 months old is very young and going through normal stuff . honestly I think you have too many fish too fast and caused another smaller cycle . you might get lucky and that will be it and your tang ends up ok . But I wouldn't add any more fish for a while . cut back a bit on feeding and let your bio filter catch up to what you already have going . and get a bottle of starter bacteria like Dr tims one and only theres another one people use a lot I forget the name
