Many are already familiar with our delivery services and honestly, our online store's accuracy has been abysmal. Store use items, in store sales, online orders and items sold to maintenance clients have made inventory quite a mess to deal with.

Back in November we started taking major steps to clear that up and in the coming weeks will continue working on streamlining our process and updating inventory.

All this effort is because in my opinion, shipping anything these days, especially livestock, is just silly in most cases.

For anyone here within our service route range, our delivery service can be a great option. We service the following range.

North to Concord, NH
South to Lexington, MA
East to Portsmouth, NH
West to Keene, NH

Why have your Fish, Coral, Inverts, Frozen Foods, Water, Bulbs, Glass Heaters, Tanks, Sumps, Salt, Live Foods, Live Rock and so on packed the day before or longer? Then handed off to a truck driver and carrier system that has no connection to your products other than getting it there. Then what happens if it gets lost or taken back to the warehouse? What hoops do you have to jump through if there is a problem? Is there an easy way to reach out for help?

Our system is different. We attach your order to an existing service route. Your products are packed the morning of the delivery by me personally. Handled by my team of service techs to you. If for some reason there is a problem with the delivery communication can be handled directly with myself and my techs. Easy communication! And if for some reason the delivery has to come back, livestock will safely come back to the store and handled properly. Not returned to a distribution center where anything live or frozen is likely to become a loss claim.

Give our delivery service a try. The online store and inventory is still a work in progress, but we are working hard to make this a convenient option for you. Max and our staff are working hard to overhaul the fishless Coral System to get it ready for new shipments and some beautiful pieces for you! Fishless Inverts and live rock tanks as well for a cleaner, safer product for you!

Thank you. Definitely appreciate it. Would also love to see some participation here on suggestions of how we can improve as myself, Becca and the crew work to build up the online store and maintain inventory. Product selection is also helpful. Part of my job is to source products that will match or beat average online prices and make ordering from us a no brainer! We are local, I have no desire to ship!
