Does anyone make acrylic overflows?

I just purchased an Oceanic 135 Ultimate Reef Ready. The dimensions of the tank are 72.5x18.5x25. The stock MegaFlow overflows are way too big and bulky and where this tank is only 18.5" from front to back, I want to put something in that takes up less space. Is anyone on the board good with acrylic? I want to have two black internal overflows built and am not having much luck finding them online. I figure I can help you make a buck and add space to my tank at the same time. Thanks.

You might want to try JimmyJ (John K)

He does great work and is one awesome dude.

They will if you plug up those holes (I wish I had done this in my tank). They will also do custom work if you ask...

I could build you something custom, but I wouldn't be albe to work on it this week. If I do any custom work, I ask for the cost of materials plus a 6 pack (not a buisness, just a hobby)

If you plan on attending the meeting next sat, we could talk it over then. Just to warn you though, it may be hard to make anything significantly smaller that will still work with the factory holes. (you need to allow room for the flanges on the bulkheads, and at least a little additional clearance so you don't end up with the bulkheads and the silicone {that would be used to attach the overflow} getting in each other's way).

Here's a thread with pics of a couple of overflows I made not too long ago;

as an FYI, John is going to be off the boards for a few days, so be patient. didn't want you to think you were being ignored.
