Does anyone use gel foods?

Does anyone use this? I have the Instant Ocean brand, but there are probably others. I like it because it is easy to feed dendros and other corals since you can put the gel on the end of a stick and rub it near the tentacles rather than squirt them. My corals and fish seem to enjoy it, but I can't find any current reviews on it so I'm not sure if I should buy more.

I have used them before (same brand as you). They are pretty messy compared to typical frozen foods. Seems to take fish a while to get a taste for it. Great for feeding corals as mentioned though.

I received it as a free sample and use it mostly for my corals, but my shrimp and a couple of fish seem to like it too. I want to start feeding it to my open brains, but thought I should check around first. I'm just tired of fighting off all the tank inhabitants everytime I want to target feed, and this seems to be easy to use. It doesn't seem too popular though.
