does my rock have lice?

I have teeny, tiny white/clear bugs running around on my rocks. Can someone confirm that these are a friendly critters (or tell me what to do if they're not)? Thanks.

Why yes,you're live rock does have lice.
You should use medicated shampoo and comb the hair algae with this special fine tooth comb twice a day.

Nah.......just pods.
A good thing to have in the tank.

Pods mean you're doing something right Congrats! I remember when I first saw them and I stared at my tank for hours looking at them all
