Don't forget to treat all incoming corals!!

Gina McReeferson

My sweet Baby David
Today was auction day and many of you went home with some great deals and beautiful goodies! However, do not forget to treat ANY and ALL incoming corals to protect your tank against pests. Never put anything into your tank without first performing the proper treatments on it!

If you are not aware of the proper treatments, there are many threads here you can do a search for, and you can always post a thread to get help or even post here, fellow reefers are happy to help you protect your tank!

Enjoy all of your winnings and thank you for coming and supporting the BRS! :)

Dip EVERYTHING. My typical routine is 6 hours of interceptor, 30-45 minutes of FW exit and 5-10 minutes of iodine. I used to do a FW dip but the results ended badly for me. Do a quick search and you'll find more info.

That my routine minus the FW exit because the freshwater dip kills flatworms at once and I don't have any milli's (can't do freshwater dip) and I have two fish that make snacks out of flatworms...

I do everything no matter what kind of coral and from who...

Same here but I run a little longer with the interceptor.
