Drill bit question

I recently ordered a set of Sears Craftsman drill bits as a Holiday Present to myself.

Inadvertently, I ordered cobalt bits. Will these still work on wood and plastic? Or are they only for metal?

Thanks! That's what I suspected. Their packaging is misleading.

Cobalt is just a coating and is recommended for drilling through alloys, stainless steel, etc.

Should be fine
