I think I have a M80 ballast that I won't be using for 2 to 3 weeks you can borrow.
I have a 250w mh aqua medic ballasts that the plug looks like the same as mine. Can meet up on Sunday

Actually, I have an extra power bar for the profilux as you can see in the bin. Do you want to try the older version? It might be more current handling than the new one.

Update on the situation
The coralvue ballast worked fine no problem.
The reefbrite ballast is the problem. It uses a microprocessor that tries to adjust the current all the time and I believe the power bar is reading it as a bad thing. The light flickers when it’s on the ghl power bar until the power bar shuts down.
