Emergency Question about Tank Possibility Crashing

So I bought around 7 pounds of live rock over the weekend thinking they were dry rock. I added them into my tank and within hours all my corals(frogspawn, hammer) were totally receded. They have been like this for hours now.

Also my return filter sock for some reason is gathering some sort of froth.

I think what happened was the rocks weren't completely dry rocks, and basically started releasing nutrients into the tank.
My question is
1.What do you believe is happening?
2.What should I do to save the coral?

I think these rock must be exposed to chemicals

Run activated carbon and do a 50% water change

If it is actually dry rock, you need to cure it... typically in a container with some power heads / air stones with periodic water changes until things settle out. It can take a while.
