My seahorse has external gas bubble disease. Everything that I read online says that I need to use Diamox, which is a prescription medication for humans. Is there another to treat this? I don't see how I could get a prescription medication for my seahorse.
Have you talked to a vet? Furan-2 is about the only over the counter med that has been used successfully for this. seahorse.org and .com should be a good resource if your not already visiting those.
