Feeding Overview Help

My roomate stocked up our freezer with some frozen meals and accidentally left all of my fish food out all night, so its all done.

Since I need to restock, I would like to know what you think I should be feeding my tank.

2 true perculas
coral beauty
6 line wrasse
brittle star
LTA

Random Zoas & polyps
toadstool


If you could I would like an outline of a complete feeding outline and some tips to make sure I am not overfeeding.

I always stock a good flake. Your fish aren't herbivores so maybe a good meaty Prime Reef.

Then I would get a block of Hikari mysis.

As far as other frozen foods I just make my own fish goo, with assorted fish, mollusks, garlic extract and some nori.

Add some Cylopeze to that and your corals wil love you.

For four fish, you probably only need about a 1/4" cube sized piece each day.

I think its mysis, brine, etc.

Do I need any of the phytoplankton things that you mix with water. I wasnt sure what the toadstool enjoys.

If that block is the size of other commercial food-blocks I've seen I'd say it's too much.

I didn't mean one of the store-bought cubes, as I'd say those are a few times larger than a cube about 1/4" long.

I thought it was as much as they can eat in 2 or 3 minutes?.... Or something like that? So a 1/4 or 1/2 of a cube in a 3.5oz. pk a day.. does that seem right? I feed cubes from a 3.5oz pack (Marine Cuisine) plus I have mixed frozen (blender style)

I cut up the cubes into 4 pieces and it seems like enough food each evening. I also gave them a little bit of fomula 1 pellets.
