well today I fragged a few pink zoas for a reefer and I used a razor blade to cut them off the main colony, and I was wondering if the zoas on both the main colony and the frag stay closed after getting fragged? is this normal? is something wrong with them?
LMK the reefer is coming shortly I need to know so I dont give him bad zoas
Thanks

If I would to frag you you too would be a little upset:). The answer to your question is yes. It will open up again in a day or two.

good point dumb question it was my first time fragging zoas and I was unsure, Thanks

It's best to peel a frag off, then cut the edge, rather than cut them entirely off. If you peel or cut gently they'll open up in a day or two. If you butchered them, they might take longer. I once really did some damage, and they survived, but took a week to open. :)

o I just took a razo blade and right in a gap basicly I butchured them :D , w/e now I know
