Nope, it's absolute junk. Check out the Tunze nano or the Sapphire Aquatics brand of skimmers if you want something that actually works.

I couldn't figure it out. Rubbish.

Don't try it - this skimmer does nothing. It is possible to adjust so it does not make millions of microbubbles throughout the whole system, but not possible to actually skim as far as I can tell.
