For those looking for an Achilles Tang : Tropic Isle

while i was picking up a coco worm (on sale for $50) I saw a 4-5" achilles tang in one of the larger tanks.

I have to say that the achilles looked rather good. Pretty fat, no lesions, ich (granted its a copper tank) or anything.

I know that most LFS dont usually get achilles tangs in so for those who have tanks that dwarf my 75g and who are looking for an achilles tang, TI has one.

Though I would never spend that kind of money on a fish, that sounds like a good price. LA asks $130 + shipping.

That is a good price. I saw one recently at about 4". I was told he was $299.

180 is definitely a pretty good price considering achilles tangs are horrible shippers.

i have coupons if anyone wants one. i think ill be passing on the achilles unless there are members who wish to see it in my 75g. tang police around?
