Friendly Niger Triggerfish at Petco, Providence

Just sharing I saw an amazing triggerfish at Petco in Providence yesterday. The girl working showed how she can place her hand in the tank and the fish swims up, flutters its fins, and allows her to pet it. It was so cool to see. Wish I took a video. Anyway, great fish if you all are looking for something like this.

I occasionally drop by the Avon store. Their stock always look healthy, plus friendly staff.

I love scoping out new Petco locations whenever I road trip. I just favored this one and will stop there.

What type of trigger was it? I have a pair of Niger triggers and the larger, older one is like the puppy of the tank, constantly spitting water out and swirling around my hands for belly rubs lol. They definitely have quite the personality.

Pretty sure it was a Niger Trigger but an not much of an expert. It was so cool to watch. Made me want to start another tank just for it!
