FW ghost shrimp to full SW

As the title says, Anyone here every acclimate FW ghost shrimp to full SW?
If so how did you go about doing it?

i tried with a few fish and almost did it but with skin breathing kind of things its impossible

Just put them in a small container with an air stone and raise the salinity with tank water very slowly over the course of a few days.

There are few fish that can go fresh to salt...mollies being one and can be acclimated the same way.

so can silver tip sharks, i believe thats the right fish im not sure. those are really cool but need bigger tanks.
