Gfo reactor question

I just bought a gfo reactor.just wondering where the best place in the system to pull water from.I could pull from my drain section or return section .which would be best?

I do both carbon and gfo from the return. I don't know what others do but to me it sounds right to send the cleanest water back to the display.

I had it draw water from the skimmer chamber and drain into the return chamber, it was a logistical thing with my sump set up.

Probably want to have it after your fuge so your macro can eat up and po4 that it can prior to it hitting the GFO.
