M moneypit Non-member Feb 7, 2012 #2 I do both carbon and gfo from the return. I don't know what others do but to me it sounds right to send the cleanest water back to the display.

pillowfish #2 Feb 7, 2012 #4 I had it draw water from the skimmer chamber and drain into the return chamber, it was a logistical thing with my sump set up.
