Nothing spectacular.

1 True Percula, 1 Pajama Cardinalfish, 1 Firefish Goby, 1 Algae Blenny, 1 Skunk Shrimp, some Nassarus Snails, and a couple Astrea Snails.

Then for corals, primarily softy with maybe one LPS kept up high close to the light.

Hopefully that won't be considered an overstocked 29g.

Then in the years to come I plan to upgrade to a 75g and use the 29g as a sump and go metal halide and T5's to keep LPS, SPS, and softies with whatever fish I decide to put in there that are reef compatible, and also compatible with the smaller fish i'd have from the 29g.

EDIT: And please excuse the microbubbles, I had just readjusted my skimmer after lowering it to remove the cup and empty the skimmate so a few bubbles got knocked off the sponge. Just noticed the suction cup from my temperature probe came off too. Lol.

This is what I get with my Eshopps PSK-75H on a 29g that doesn't even have livestock yet:

Can seem like forever waiting for a tank to finish it's initial cycle. Your smart to be waiting it out. Saves a lot of headaches down the road.:)

Looking good so far Ilike the rock work.

Looking good! How many weeks in are ya into the cycle?
Started cycling February 9th, so almost 6 weeks now. Still waiting for the nitrite to start lowering. It's been very high (can't tell but I wanna say 2.0ppm+, you know how sometimes the higher colors on the charts are difficult to compare accurately) but I am thinking (hoping) another 2 weeks and it should be ready, maybe. Hah.

Yeah i'm not a fan of putting fish into toxic water. I find it cruel. =[
Like you said, doing it right saves headaches down the road.

Thank you. I plan to add more live rock to bring the rockwork more forward to the front of the tank and a bit higher and fill some empty spots toward the back like a wall for corals eventually.

I am a fan of the center cave though so I plan to keep that in there like that. Figured the algae blenny will like it.

Filtration is done naturally through the live rock and live sand. And yes, the skimmer is an Eshopps PSK-75H which is a Hang-On-Back skimmer, and I must say, this skimmer works absolutely BEAUTIFULLY.
