Hammer Help and Questions!!

I bought my first hammer coral today at a lfs. I brought it home and dipped it in Coral Rx and then placed it in my tank.

I have some questions:
1. How much flow does it need?
2. I have 6 x 54 t5 lights, How low or high should in my tank should i place it.
3. Finally, How long should it take to fully open up?

Shouldn't you have asked these questions of the LFS you bought it from?

Moderate flow.
Lights are fine - mid to low in the tank.
Depends on your system but shouldn't take long.
