Hammer coral I've had for about 3 years is not showing good polyp extension.
Not sure what could be causing this.
Water parameters:
T: 77º
density: 1.026
pH: 7.8-8.1
kH: 13.1
CA: 400
Mg: 1270 (last tested April 9)
Recently, my tank has been cool, lights on = 75.5º, lights off: 79.0º+/-
Also, a green birds nest fell on top of the hammer, but the GBN seemed to suffer more. That happened about 2 weeks ago.
Skimmer's been offline about 10 days.
Only other notable changes is a creep upwards of kH and CA since April 9th readings of 10.3 and 370 respectively (increased bubblecount). I've also slowed the addition of Kalk (pH is maybe a tenth lower than previous).
Any thoughts?
