hanging AquaMedic Aqua spacelight mini pendant

I am trying to hang two Aqua Medic Aqua Spacelight mini pendant 250w HOI.

These are the one with ballast build in. Very heavy.

The hanging kits looks the same as those for Ocean light pendant (separate ballast).

Are these hanging kits save to use?

They should be safe. I used that setup on my dual 250 spacelight for over 3 yrs. Same cabling setup 2x as heavy.

how about the ceiling attachments? Are the two screws into ceiling strong enough to hold the light? Thanks

make sure you anchor it to a joist

agree with scavdog. Weren't you anti MH anyway...guess I haven't followed your progress is this the lighting for your 90G?

the cable kit will hold the light just fine. make sure you screw into a stud or use an expanding anchor.

if your just going into sheetrock, be careful, they can pull right out.

Click on "bolts, nuts, & washers", on the menu on the left. The crown bolts work well if there is no joist to anchor to........
