A good way to check out a vendor is to go to the Vendor Experiences forum, and near the top right corner click on "Search This Forum". Enter the vendor name, and see what comes up.

I've dealt with them.... I bought pods and fish.... no problems yet, plus when you buy things you are put on a list and the more you buy the more free stuff you get... clams to fish to crabs etc.. I have had absolutely no problem with them.

Now I don't know about sps/lps but when it comes to fish I wouldn't worry.

I'd be willing to jump in on an order with ya if you want .... anything over 79 bucks is free.....(live) that is. lmk

I placed an order from them two months ago. I was very happy with the order but two days later, a Royal Gramma died.

I followed the directions for their 15-day guarantee and received my credit within a week. No problems.

Everything else is still donig great. I'm waiting for the weather to get warmer again and will place another order then. I also read about their claim that they include freebies for repeat customers but have not heard what that may include.

I did a good-sized order with them about 6 weeks ago to get the "free" shipping, even though it isn't exactly free it is still better than most for live goods. Pricing is also pretty reasonable especially the sale items. Packaging is second to none and everything arrived fine. Pay attention to their acclimation video as it is very good also! Would recommend highly as everything they promise, they seem to deliver.

I've purchased from them 3 or 4 times and have only had one fish not make it and as mentioned above got a quick refund. The fridmani dottyback that I first bought is the longest living member in my tank.

I also like the fact that after a couple of orders they throw in free items depending on how loyal you are. I just wish you could order under $80 and just pay for shipping.
