Help please,

I have a chalice I have had for over a year that had now started bleaching this last week and a half. I moved him higher in the tank today as he was in a med light area for the last month and a little. Here are my water parameters. Please help me save this guy.

Salinity: 1.025
Calcium: 400-460
Phosphate: 0.25
Nitrate: 0
Nitrate: 0
Kh: 9
GH: 180
PH: 7.25

Nitrate: 0
Kh: 17.9
GH: 180 (might be faulty as I used a dip stick for this test, with that stick also saying my KH was 60)
PH: 7.25
Is your all really 17.9 or some other sort of measurement

That is my question too, which test kit is that?

How do you test pH? It is unreasonably low if alkalinity is at 9 dkh
