Help!! Hammer Coral Slime

This started 2 days ago. I noticed some slime on the tops of the heads then is moved. I read that clear is sometimes more of a reactions to something and brown can be bad. This slime hase moved around to different heads and now looks slightly discolored.

you did something to piss it off. Any flow/chemistry or other changes to the tank? anything die? any nitrate or other spikes?

I did do a water change right before this started. I bought the tank already going and the guy had let it go I been trying to correct all his mess. Im going to check the parameters tomorrow and see whats going on. I just wanted to know if it looked like an infection to you more experienced members.

corals almost always get pissed at a large water change. I would suggest you test (and post) your parameters here.

one last piece of advice....don't do anything rash, nothing good ever happens fast in a reef tank.
