Help, need to remove an anemone.

Hi all,
I'm looking for some tips to remove an anemone. Over the past few months, it has just gotten to large for my BC29. I don't want to injure or kill it. I have been tring the powerhead trick, but the slick fellow decided to move to the other side of the rock. Anybody have any other ideas on how to remove it?

Can you remove the rock? It sometimes works if you put it in a five gallo0n bucket and put an icecube to it's foot. It will move onto the plastic in the bucket, which you can then scrape it off by using a credit card.
