Help... sick clown

Was out of town for the last 5 days. Got home last night and everything in the tank looks fine... except the female ocellaris clown. Its left eye is really swollen badly. It looks like the entire eye is exploding out its head (just like those telescope-eye goldfish) and has another bubble potruding from underneath.

I am going to search the site and the web for some answers, but I wanted to know if there is anything I should do immediately (QT?).

sounds like popeye. treat with melafix i believe.
