I need some more rocks to add into my display tank. I have some dry rocks thats been dry for couple of yrs already. Can I wash it out with rodi water then throw it in my sump? Will that going to affect anything?

If there's a lot dead material in the rocks you might overload your current biological filtration. Depends how much you currently have and how much dead stuff is in the new rock.

You could put it in your sump a little at a time so as not to overload things. Put some in the sump, let it repopulate with new bacteria/clean itself out. Then rotate up to the display and put in some new dry rock.

I mean I'm not adding a lot just couple of pieces. But in my redsea reefer 425xl the sump area where my refugium is running right now have some chaeto and marine block. Do I have to remove my chaeto and refugium light to put in the rock? I don't want to add any algae or aptaisia on that rock and end up putting it in the display. Or should I just add it directly to the display?

If it isn't much, and your pretty confident there's not a lot a dead material in it, go ahead and add it right to the DT.
