Help????

I have noticed my Yellow Tail Angel acting very strange. it started with some ich in my tank and none of my fish seem to have anymore,he was eating now for a few days it has been hiding alot,only coming out when I feed my fish but it does'nt eat. it swims around the food. and than this morning it was feeding time and again he came out of hiding but this time its eyes were cloudy and very bulged out of its head, its almost like the Angel can smell the food but can't see it. can fish go blind? his gills opening more than usual almost like their swollen, can somebody explain this behavior,I remember my Niger did some hiding before I found him dead. I have been using Garlic drops with the food and use Formula 2 also along with some sheets of seeweed.

I don't know what to tell you...Only thing I could find was this "Bulging of the eyes can indicate a tumor behind the eye, or a bacterial or parasite infection." It came from this site:

a pic would help..could be popeye? could be bacterial infection. If so, then maracyn or maracyn2 would be good in a quarantine tank.
