My calcium is running at about 480 and alk is at 7. Mag is at 1200-1300. I've been adding slightly more addittional alk daily to raise it slowly but it doesn't seem to be coming up. I'm starting to wonder if I really need to be adding calcium and if so propably not too much. I change 5 gallons of water of the total 35 in the system(tank-rock+sump). I'm thinking about not adding any calcium for several weeks and see if the alk will come up. I have a tank with 5 lps and two acans, no sps. Any opinions?
