Home depot Epoxy Putty. Not Aquamend??

Hey all, HD didn't have aquamend. Picked up another brand made by Oatey. Is this safe? The hazardous ingredients bisphenol (ether resin) and crystaline silica.

Anyone have the aquamend ingredients?
