How do I get in touch with BRS staff in regards to a membership issue I ran into?

Hey I think I spoke with you last week. Basically the issue is this. I sent the 20.00 payment but the payment didnt go through for whatever reason. I then re-sent the payment, and that payment went through fine, and the 20 has been deducted from my account. I just want to confim that my membership is valid. Also, when will the "BRS Memer" icon appear at my name?
