Nope, just a couple of mins one to a few times per day.

+1 If you kept it running, it will increase the speed of build up in your lines (Which is why periodic maintenance of the line is important) and clog up faster. You only want the 'Saturated' solution added to your tank, Not the Kalk precipitate.
