My 6 footer is open top with three Oceanlight pendants. I am using two 10K bulbs flanking a 20 K bulb. I want more actinic suppliment but I don't want to switch bulbs (expensive Geassman 10Ks). Any idea how to add acctic suppliment on such a setup? Thanks

What does your setup look like? Is the whole open top viewable?

Mine is not, I built the tank into a wall, so I was able to build a frame and attach florescent endcaps on some 2x2 wooden staves. Worked out pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend it if you can see it.

yes, the whole open top viewable.

You could try making a somewhat attractive fl tube pendant by slicing a 2 or 3" length of PVC pipe long-ways on a table saw, painting it black, stuffing a reflector in it and hanging it from the ceiling. If could end up quite nice and fairly inexpensive....too bad 6' T5s aren't readily available though. 60" ones aren't quite as scarce if you don't mind them being 6" short on either end of the tank. Other option is two 36" CF bulbs but that's starting to get a little bulky for slick looking fixture that would need to hang next to your MH pendants.
