I need a Coraline Seed Rock

I started with Bulk Reef Supply Reef Saver rock, so it's completely white and has no coraline. I have a couple small bits from frags and snail shells, but very little. I need just a fist sized coraline encrusted rock. A little diversity for my barren tank would be a plus, but not the most important.

Anyone know where I can get one of these? I don't want to order 25lbs of rock online, just want 1lb of seed.

I tried unique aquaria but just ended up with a $28 ugly white rock that I'm only keeping around in case it had pods.

Did the rock have Coraline when you bought it? If so your tank is just too new to grow Coraline. I am just guessing But I don't think you bought a white piece of LR.
Even if you did it would be seeding your tank with the bacteria of an established tank. Coraline not so much

It is not uncommon for Coraline to lose color or die back when moved from tank to tank or put into a cycling/green tank.

Just keep your Ca, Alk and Mg in check and it will come

Although some "LR rubble and Live sand" donated by another member would serve you well for establishing the tank
you can also order it cheap from pacificeast aquaculture or premium Aquatics and I am sure many of the Local sponsors as well

It doesn't take that much of a coralline source to get things started. If your params are right and maintained it will grow in soon enough. When I started my tank, any coralline that grew on the tank glass was scraped.. that way it would become suspended in the water and spread further around the tank.
