ICH problem, please help!

Hello everyone, I am new to this hobby. A friend of mine give up this hobby and give me all his setup and this pair of clown.
I have running this his tank for about 7-8 weeks until two days ago, i find my little clown would not eat a lot and don't like swimming around.
than i notice there are 2,3 white dot on his body and fin, is this ICH? I just add a few corals into my thank recently. Will coral carry this disease?

Could be that they are just stressed out from the move and new additions. Keep an eye on then. Do a search on here for ich and see what everyone else does. Good luck

Feed them more while they are sick. Fish usually get ich when they are stressed.

Looks more like a cyst or a different parasite to me I may be wrong. I'm just not seeing the classic white dot nor do I see a bunch

My clowns get white splotches if the tank gets too cold (72-76 ).
