Picked them up from Coral Reef Aquarium today and took me about 30 mins to hang with the premium kit and then 45 mins to get a program going that I like.

Starts at 7am with 5k range and ramps up to 20k at 9pm and ramps down till 1030 hitting 1% for a few hours.

Running them at 40% and plan to bump them 1% a day depending on how everything looks.

Yea we were playing around for a bit. They were putting out 96,000lux at about 8" and his elos 150w halide was putting out 63,000lux which is slightly more than a de 250w ushio 14k. Neither of us dug into the instructions so we arent sure if that reading was taken at 100%.

Only time will tell how they really are though. Ill get some pics up tomorrow.

What size tank?

Sweet post pics
How was programming it?
cant wait for mine

I got 2 for a 90. Light coverage is awesome. I have them spaced at 3" apart on center.

Programing is cool. Its basically a graph of hours and intensity where you create your own points at a time when you want the light to shift. When the light does shift, it's a smooth transition not a sudden jump which I like.

Just cell pics so bare with me. Ill get the camera out tonight.

Mine should be in anyday now. I had to order a wireless card for my MP40ES. I took it out and gave it to some with two MP10, one without wireless. I thought I'd never need it. :(

Cool, the Radion really looks awsomw. Just for reference though, LUX can underestimate blue light by literally, a few thousand percent compared to yellow/green light. So, you really can only use it to compare lights with identical spectral output. These three your comparing don't, so, the numbers can be off by orders of magnitude and don't really even necessarily give ballpark estimates.

I think people have posted PAR numbers elsewhere though and they are impressive.
