Installing

Good afternoon Gentlemen, I have a family friend who lived my tanks and went all out and ordered a reefer 112 gallon I believe. Hes looking to hire me to set it up for him, what are people charging for an install like this , he will be getting it delivered in 2 weeks just the tank.
So I will need to plumb , set up, fill .. cycle etc … thanks guys

I have no idea what to charge, but just a word of caution before entering into such an agreement. Are you ready to be on-call? If this person has no experience, will you be responsible for teaching them? I've learned over the years never to turn a hobby into a job as you will likely lose the hobby and get stuck in the job. Best of luck in whatever you decide.

Why not just set it up for free if it's a friend or family friend. I know pretty much everyone on here helps one another when the time arrives.

If you are going to change them and make a business out of it make sure you sign an agreement at a minimum/ get insurance.
