If you can't get a Pic to focus on a certain coral you can try to focus it on a coral a similar distance and lock the focus in and go to the intended coral and snap the Pic. That's how I do it with my phone and it works about 80% of the time

I use the free version of the Lightroom app and added a little vignette. But the position in the tank kinda darkens the edges. This is the untouched original:
