Is Krazy Glue really okay?

I was told by another reefer tonight that it's perfectly okay to use Krazy Glue to attach corals to live rock. I trust him, but before I do it, I really want to make sure! Thanks.

I have used it. They have one thats a gel.

Loctite Gel is my favorite locally available product. I wouldn't recommend using it on soft corals. Hard only ;)

Another confirmation.
I used buy the twin pack of CVS super glue gel for $1.99

Dammit! I was debating between the cheap CVS stuff and the brand name...went with the brand name. Oh well, if this is the biggest mistake I make with my tank I'm doing pretty well. Thanks everyone!

It works 100% better than a band-aid for cuts too. I have heard that it was origionally designed for medical use to stop massive bleeding from land mines. I use it as a waterproof bandaid on any cut I get that is fresh and not likely to be infected.

Any form of super glue (Cyanoacrylate) will work fine. Gel type is best.

Yep. I've worked at several LFS as well as used it on my own personal tanks and have never had a problem using the gels.

Yep, great for corals. Pick up a small spray bottle of "zip kicker" from a craft store, or charette, maybe staples. It's an accelerator for CA glues, and if you spray that on the plug or rock, put glue on the frag, and stick them together, it'll harden in a few seconds.

Works well on keeping fish in place too. ;)
