Is the CO2 bottle from MRC full?

I get my 10 lb tank filled at liberty supply in leominster for $16. I am sure there is places closer to lowell to get it done.

Tolemans right accross the street from Gillette in South Boston fills them up.
I think they are about 1 block away from a T-Stop.
I payed about 13.99 for my 7lb bottle (i think it's 7lb or maybe 5lb)
