Well as most of you know I recently lost a clam. I'm sure it was probably my fault and not Jay's, where I got it from. So I told him about what happened, not expecting anything. Before I left he called me back and gave me another clam to try it out again at no charge. That was so unexpected of him. Now that's what I call taking care of your customer!
