JBJ Lighting is who handles issues with the auto topoff unit. Emailed them about my topoff unit went dead. This was my second unit I've bought that died within a year. Maybe it was bad luck...maybe a crappy product...dunno. They replied and said nothing they can do since it has a 6mo. warantee and it is beyond. Most likely a fried circuit board. I said no Removed, please do not circumvent the auto censor ... Won't be buying any more jbj products. Just ordered an autotopoff.com unit seeing the good reviews. Just wanted to vent..
